Empty Leg Exclusive screens every booking against applicable UK, EU and US sanctions lists before contracting with an operator, and does not arrange flights to, from or within jurisdictions where such flights are barred or not practically operable. Passenger names and identity documents are passed to the operator, which is legally required to verify them before departure.

Screening
Every booking, before contract.
Lead passenger and payer details are checked against the sanctions lists that apply to the operator, the route and the payment. A booking that cannot clear screening is not placed.
Jurisdictions
Some routes are not offered.
We do not publish or arrange flights involving jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, and route pages exist only for city pairs on which flights can lawfully operate. Where rules change, pages are withdrawn.
Identity and customs
The operator verifies documents.
Passport or photo ID details are collected at booking and submitted by the operator to the relevant authorities before departure, as the law requires. Visa rules are the same as for airline travel.

No. Empty Leg Exclusive is a charter broker. We act for you, not for the operator, and every quote names the certified operator that will fly you. Empty Leg Exclusive is an air charter broker, not an aircraft operator or direct air carrier. Empty Leg Exclusive arranges flights on behalf of its clients with independently certified operators, such as FAA Part 135 certificate holders and UK or EU Air Operator Certificate holders, who keep full operational control of every flight. The operating carrier is named on every quote.
