Terms of service.
These terms govern use of the Empty Leg Exclusive website and any enquiry sent through it. Empty Leg Exclusive is an air charter broker: flights are operated by third-party carriers under their own conditions of carriage, and a booking exists only when a charter agreement naming the operator and aircraft has been issued and accepted.

Who we are
Empty Leg Exclusive is an air charter broker. We arrange flights on aircraft operated by third-party air carriers holding a valid Air Operator Certificate. We are not an air carrier, we do not own or operate aircraft and we do not have operational control of any flight.
Listings and prices
Empty leg listings on this website are indicative. They reflect availability released by operators at the time of publication and can change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Prices shown are guide prices for the whole aircraft, in pounds sterling, and are not offers. A flight is only confirmed when you have received and accepted a written charter agreement and the operator has confirmed the booking.
Flight times, aircraft specifications and airport information are typical figures provided for guidance and may differ for a specific flight.
Empty legs
An empty leg is a repositioning flight that exists because of another booking. Its schedule can change or the flight can be cancelled if that booking changes. The change and cancellation terms that apply to a specific flight are set out in the charter agreement for that flight and take precedence over anything on this website.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or any obligation on either side. We will respond as promptly as we can but do not guarantee a response time or that a listed flight will be available.
Website content
We aim to keep the content accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or up to date. Nothing on this website is advice on which you should rely without checking it against the charter agreement for your flight.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for the carriage itself rests with the operator under the applicable international conventions and the charter agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Questions about these terms
Is a price on the website a binding offer?
No. Board prices are guide prices and route prices are model estimates. A price becomes binding only when it appears on a charter agreement that you accept.
Who is responsible for the flight itself?
The operator named on the charter agreement, under its own conditions of carriage and its Air Operator Certificate. We arrange the flight as your agent.
What happens if an empty leg is cancelled by the operator?
You receive a full refund of what you paid. The charter agreement sets out the operator’s and our obligations in detail.
