Empty Leg Exclusive (“we”, “us”) operates emptylegexclusive.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, why, and how it is handled. Last updated 20 September 2026.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or set up alerts we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if given, the routes, dates and passenger numbers you are asking about, and your message. We also record the time of the submission and the page it was sent from.
We do not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers. The website sets no cookies of its own.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange the flight you asked about.
- To send you empty leg alerts if you asked for them. Every alert message includes a way to stop them.
- To pass the details needed for a booking to the aircraft operator once you have confirmed a flight.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone other than the operator of a flight you have chosen to book and the service providers listed below.
Service providers
Enquiry forms are processed on our website host’s server, which emails each submission to our inbox and keeps a copy in a private log outside the public website so that an enquiry is not lost if an email fails. Our email is hosted by our email provider. Both act as processors on our instructions.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally no more than 24 months, unless a booking results, in which case the booking record is kept for as long as we are required to by law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to our use of it. Email fly@emptylegexclusive.com. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
Questions about privacy
What personal information does the site collect?
Only what you type into an enquiry or alert form: your name, email address, phone number if given, and the routes, dates and passenger numbers you ask about. Nothing is collected from browsing.
Who sees my enquiry?
Our team, the form-delivery service that forwards it, and, once you confirm a booking, the operator of that flight, who needs passenger details for the flight plan and authorities.
How do I get my data corrected or deleted?
Email fly@emptylegexclusive.com. We act on requests promptly and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with our response.
