VIP airliner.
A VIP airliner, also called a bizliner or corporate airliner, is a commercial airliner such as a Boeing 737 or Airbus A320 family aircraft completed with a private cabin instead of airline seating. Boeing Business Jets and Airbus Corporate Jets are the main product lines. VIP airliners suit large groups, governments, sports teams and long flights requiring bedrooms and offices.

What does VIP airliner mean in practice?
VIP airliners give the floor area of an airliner to a small number of passengers.
Airbus describes the ACJneo, based on the A320neo family, as offering up to 96 square metres of floor space and up to 15 hours non-stop flying, and the ACJ TwoTwenty, based on the A220, as roughly three times the cabin space of a large business jet with 12 hours non-stop. Boeing offers BBJ versions of the 737 MAX, 787 and 777X. Cabins are custom: bedrooms with showers, conference rooms, dining for a dozen or more. Others are configured with airline-style seating for large groups such as sports teams. The drawbacks are cost, airport restrictions and lead time. Hourly rates and handling fees are far above those of business jets, many small airports cannot accept them, and the fleet available for charter is small, so plan weeks ahead. VIP airliner empty legs are rare but do exist, usually after a one-way government or group charter.
